Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of solar installers in the efficient and timely completion of solar projects
• Coordinate with project managers and communicate project requirements to the crew
• Oversee the installation process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Train and mentor junior team members

Excavation Laborer/Equipment Operator: Candidate will work with a construction crew on various projects from; mass earthwork excavation to installing Water mains, Storm, and Sanitary Sewers, and concrete site prep.

*Required experience with site grading, earthwork, site preparation, and underground utility installation. Knowledge of trench safety and OSHA guidelines are a must.

 Construction Est. in 1997 is a commercial open shop excavation Company specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and demolition.
