We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fiber Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Fiber Optic Installation & Maintenance:
- Perform precise fiber splicing and termination procedures in diverse environments.
- Conduct thorough testing and measurements using industry-standard tools (e.g., voltmeters, ohmmeters).
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of fiber optic connectivity issues in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory.
Network Configuration:
- Install and configure routers as part of network deployments.
Customer Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on fiber optic systems and related technologies.
Teamwork & Safety:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices throughout your work.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a relevant role within the telecommunications industry.
Technical Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand tools.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components related to fiber optics.
- Experience with telecommunication installations, including router configuration.
Other Skills:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong customer service orientation.
